Our Sazón and Adobo seasonings are USDA Certified Organic, made with organic spices, sea salt - that's it. No cheap fillers or artificial dyes. Just pure Latin flavor.
Our Sofrito sauces are made with 100% natural and Non-GMO ingredients, including fresh tomatoes, herbs, peppers, and organic spices.
We do right by the culture and the community -- and that means we never use any artificial ingredients or cheap fillers in our seasonings or sauces. Our ancestors cooked with clean, fresh flavors, and so will we!

Our Sazón is a light blend that provides a deep base of flavor, bringing rich color and aromatics to anything you're cooking. Most often used for rice, stews, soups, we also love it topped on popcorn and other salty snacks!
Our Adobo is an all-purpose seasoning blend and salt-replacement that's great for mixing into a rub for proteins, seasoning roasted veggies, scrambling into eggs, and really anything else that needs a shake of bright flavor!
Our core flavors are primarily Caribbean Latin-inspired – Puerto Rican, Dominican, and Cuban. As a brand, we’re proud to bring broader visibility to our culture and foods, which are often lacking representation, especially in today's grocery stores!
At the same time, these flavors are very pan-Latin, in that most Latin cuisines are drawn from the same diaspora – a combination of Spanish, African, and indigenous influence.
When it comes down to it - Latin flavors are versatile, bright, layered, and vibrant, not one bit spicy, and enjoyable for all!
Loisa is a certified Latin-owned business founded by Kenneth Luna and Scott Hattis. Friends for years and both part of multicultural families, nothing means more to us than our cultural foods - but nothing was checking the right boxes when it came to Latin cooking. Products on shelves lacked quality, and existing brands weren't meeting us where we were at in terms of the pride and cultural conversation we craved in our homes and with our kids.
So we started Loisa, and since day one, we've been set on building a next-generation Latin food company with a relentless commitment to great products, cultural integrity, and doing right by our community, always.
