Shipping Policy

At Loisa, we offer free 2-Day Priority Shipping for all orders over $49, with delivery across the continental US and Puerto Rico. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Return Policy

Pantry Products - While we cannot accept returns of pantry items (seasonings, spices, sauces y más), we want you to be 100% happy with our products and your purchase. Please reach out to us at support@loisa.com to address any concerns. 

Kitchenware Products - We offer a 30-day hassle free return and refund policy for all kitchenware products purchased from Loisa.com. If you aren’t 100% happy using our products in your cocina, we will offer you a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All products must be returned in their original packaging and include all pieces, and must be shipped within 45 days from return submission to be eligible for a refund. At our discretion, Loisa reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if items are returned in poor condition or missing any pieces. In addition, Loisa reserves the right to not issue a return or exchange if the return is missing pieces or items are damaged due to misuse or neglect. To start your return, please visit our returns portal.
