Sazon Crema
This easy-to-mix dressing will bring wholesome, perfectly creamy, Latin flavor to any dish you make - and it's VEGAN (thanks to Cecilia Flores for this delicious idea & post!)
I love a good Buddha bowl, but most people know that one of the best parts of the Buddha bowl is the dressing! To switch it up, we were really excited to create this Sazon Crema, a twist on the classic dressing! This is a SUPER easy dressing to make and we could easily see it on a variety of dishes. Try it as a dipping sauce, a drizzle on your favorite bowl, or anything else you can think of! Here’s the recipe below, we hope you love it! - Cecilia
~ Ingredients ~
- ¼ cup of Tahini paste
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or agave
- 2 teaspoons of Loisa Sazon
- 2 tablespoons of water*
~ Instructions ~
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth! We used an immersion blender for this dressing but any blender will do.
*You made need more water depending on the consistency of your tahini as it varies. Add more by the tablespoon if too thick to achieve your desired consistency.
