The Origin of "Loisa"

Our name, like our foods, is personal to the story of our lives and our culture. 

"Loisa" is an homage to "Loisaida" -- the spanglish name for the Lower East Side neighborhood in New York City. Not only is this area the vibrant heart of Latin culture in Downtown NYC, it's where we lived when we started the company, and where we became inspired to create it in the first place.
