Q: How do I sign up for a subscription?
A: On product pages where subscriptions are available, you will see a "subscribe" button next to the normal “one time purchase” option. Once “subscribe” is selected, you’ll be asked to choose a delivery frequency (every 1, 2 or 3 months). After you choose the timing, click “add to cart” and move through the checkout process like normal. You’ll be prompted to create an account, and after payment goes through, you’ll be all set for non-stop flavor delivery!

Q: What products can I subscribe to?
A: All our signature seasonings, spices and sofrito, in whatever size pack you’d like. Shop all right here

Q: How do I edit my subscription, i.e. frequency of delivery?
A: You can 1) follow the link in your original subscription confirmation email or 2) sign into your account, then click through to "manage subscriptions". All changes can be made easily and immediately within this customer portal.

Q: Can I add discount codes to my subscription orders?
A: Unfortunately, we can’t apply additional discounts to subscription orders. However with your subscription you’ll be getting a discounted price already, so that’s good!

Q: Can I cancel at any time?
A: Yes, of course! You're in control here. And there are no fees to cancel, either.

Q: What if I forget to cancel?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot refund or accept returns if you forget to cancel your subscription before the order is processed and shipped. But if you do find yourself with some extra seasonings around the kitchen, here's a friend & family-approved tip: they are perfect birthday, house-warming, graduation, or holiday gifts, so go spread some love with pure flavor!

Q: How do I cancel?
